Most of my research consists of applications of fluid and plasma
phciysics to describe astrophysical phenomena, with particular emphasis on
tubulence. Some of the subjects I have been working on, are: radiatively
driven stellar winds in early-type stars, development
of MHD turbulence
, heating of active regions
in the solar corona, limit cycles associated to the thermal stability
of solar coronal loops, Hopf bifurcations in pulsating stars, fluid instabilities
in shock fronts of supernova remnants, dynamo generation
of magnetic fields or plasma instabilities
generated by electron beams during solar flares.
